Mediation

Mediation is a means to resolve civil disputes, including divorce, custody and visitation issues without going to court. The mediator, a neutral third party, facilitates discussion and guides the parties to reach a mutually acceptable resolution. When both parties engage in “give and take” discussion, a Settlement Agreement tailored to the specific needs and circumstances of the parties can be reached. A skilled mediator knows how to guide discussion in order to solve disputes and help the parties avoid the high cost of litigation.

More about our mediation services

Leslie started mediating cases in 2000.  She values compromise and finds mediation to be a useful tool for settling disagreements. She is a registered mediator for the State of Georgia and mediates probate, juvenile, domestic, contracts, personal injury and collection cases.  Her sweet spot is mediating cases in which she can combine her extensive knowledge of real property with her mediation skills.

With years of experience, Leslie can suggest creative solutions and bring fresh new ideas to a situation that will allow each party to have their story heard, abandon an entrenched position and arrive at a resolution that each party can live with.
