A little bit about Foster Lindburgh

Foster Lindberg joined the firm, as of counsel, in October 2023, shortly after moving to Cartersville, to be close to his grandchildren.  Mr. Lindberg has practiced law with Gilbert, Harrell, Sumerford & Martin, P.C., in Brunswick, Georgia for seven years prior to moving to Cartersville. He practiced law with Ligun, Lindberg and Lanier, P.C. for ten years previous to that. His primary practice areas are in civil litigation, including disputes involving real property, contracts, commercial and business transactions, construction disputes, estates and personal injury. Mr. Lindberg has tried and successfully mediated numerous cases in Federal and State Courts, as well as adversarial matters in Probate Courts. He believes in providing his clients with sound advice about the pros and cons of their case before filing suit.

Mr. Lindberg has been licensed to practice law in Georgia since 1987 and Kentucky since 1984. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky, with an emphasis in history and philosophy. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Louisville School of Law, where he served on the Journal of Law and Education. He has an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell.

Mr. Lindberg has been married to Cady since 1981 and has two children and three grandchildren. He enjoys spending time with his family and working out.
