A little bit about Leslie Simmons

A Bartow County native, Leslie Vaughan Simmons earned her B.S. in Chemistry in 1995 from the Georgia Institute of Technology and her J.D. in 2000 from the Georgia State University College of Law. She began her legal career as law clerk to the Superior Court Judges of the Cherokee Judicial Circuit and later worked part-time for a local law firm. Her interest in real estate law flowed naturally from that experience and she now devotes an extensive portion of her practice to real estate closings and real estate law. In 2003, Leslie opened her own law practice. Since that time, she has mediated hundreds of cases and represented clients in adoptions, domestic, probate and real estate matters. Leslie specializes in Real Property transactions; however, she is passionate about adoptions and has become a local expert in Adoption Law.

Leslie is admitted to practice law in the State of Georgia and is a member of the Cartersville-Bartow County Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia and the Cartersville-Bartow County Chamber of Commerce. She and her husband, Robby, live in Rydal with their three children.
